Mom completed round 8 of chemo yesterday....and continues to amaze us with her strength and energy. She and Dad are anxiously awaiting the arrival of their Connecticut girls on Tuesday. Marsha, Clancey and Brogan will arrive in time to help celebrate Mom's 80th birthday on Wednesday, April 14th. Lord willing, we will leave the next day for a quick trip to Waxahachie, then back to Sugar Land on Monday the 19th. Mom is scheduled to have all her tests, scans, and xrays repeated that day, then meet with the doctors the next day to find out the latest results. God is the great physician, and our prayer is that He will continue to bless mom with improved health and strength of body and spirit. Please keep her in your prayers.

Trudie and Jim, Hello!! It is so good that you are still continuing with great news after your treatments. I know both of you are excited about your kids coming down [ up, over, thru, whereever Connecticut is?] today. I know your birthday will be so exciting and fun with most everyone there.
